After you have purchased KeyVR, you will receive the installation file and a serial code. Follow the instructions below to install and register your license.

Download KeyVR, double-click the installation file and follow the steps in the installation wizard.

Activate KeyVR

The first time you launch KeyVR, you will be asked to register using a serial code or load a license file.

License Deactivation/Reactivation

If you need to use KeyVR on another computer, you can deactivate the license from the main menu under Help, Deactivate license.

This will deactivate the license on the license server, and you can now enter the serial code on the new computerhow you want to activate the app.

If you acquired a license, select Activate my license and follow the guide for the your license type:

If you don't have a license yet, you can get one here. You can also select Get a trial which will let you try KeyVR for a limited period.

Get Trial

The trial is similar to the subscription license, which requires a KeyShot Cloud account (free) and that you are online when you activate the trial

1. Log in with your KeyShot Cloud username and password.
   
   1. If you don't have an account, you can get one by clicking Get a KeyShot Cloud account which will launch an online registration page.
2. If you have a trial code enter it here to activate KeyVR using that, otherwise simply select the Try KeyVR for 15 days option and press Next
3. Enter your details (if you already provided us with these via the account pages this step will be skipped)
4. Now you are ready to start using  your KeyVR trial.
