KeyVR Connect Beta

KeyVR Connect introduces a multi-user KeyVR experience. Simply launch KeyVR Connect, start or join a session and view the product in VR with your collaborators.

Requirements

In addition to the general hardware requirements (which you find here: https://luxion.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/KVR/pages/816349185) running KeyVR Connect requires the following:

  • Users must be on the same LAN or VPN (KeyVR Connect needs a direct connection between hosts and clients via their IP).

  • Users must launch the same version of the scene, either locally or from a shared folder.

Install KeyVR Connect

  • Download KeyVR Connect Beta

  • Double-click the installer and follow the prompts

  • Log in using the Luxion ID you created when signing up for the beta

If you already have KeyVR installed, don't worry, KeyVR Connect Beta will install right next to it. If you use KeyShot to send scenes to KeyVR, you can control which version to use as default, in the KeyVR Connect Beta Help menu.
When the beta period ends, simply uninstall KeyVR Connect Beta and your regular KeyVR will still work as usual..

The KeyVR Connect Beta subscription enables up to 2 devices and active use on one at a time. Manage your devices from your Luxion account.
