As mentioned (on About KeyVR), running KeyVR requires following:

Oculus
Oculus Rift - enable unknown resources
If you use Oculus Rift, you may need enter the Oculus Settings and enable "unknown Sources", in order to run KeyVR.
- Launch the Oculus application.
- Go to the Settings menu.
- Go to the General tab.
- Enable Unknown Sources.
- Right-click Desktop and select Nvidia Control Panel
- Go to "Manage 3D settings"
- Go to the Program Settings tab
- Select KeyVR from the drop-down
- If KeyVR is not available in the drop-down, Click Add and and point to the KeyVR.exe
- Select your NVidia graphics card under "preferred graphics processor"
- Click "Apply" and restart KeyVR
